Website content is provided for general information about CrateLoop services. Availability, service areas, rental duration, delivery timing, pickup timing, and pricing are confirmed at reservation or checkout.

Rental use

Customers are responsible for using crates reasonably, keeping them accessible for scheduled pickup, and returning rented equipment in substantially the same condition, ordinary wear excepted. Final rental terms may be presented at checkout or order confirmation.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely. Refunds, extensions, deposits, and replacement charges are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase or reservation.
